Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), including: your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you order. If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Average shelf life varies from 6 - 9 months. Please keep your new goodies out of heat, sunlight and humidity to extend shelf life.
During hot weather it's advised to refrigerate any balms, creams or salves for 15 minutes prior to use. The ingredients have a naturally low melting point and may need to "firm up."
If you live in a hot climate, we have non-toxic reusable cold packs for purchase. The cold packs help to reduce potential melting, ensuring your order arrives intact.
In cold weather, products may be a firmer consistency. Simply warm in your hand before application.
With any new product it's always best to spot test 24-hours prior to application.
We are not responsible for adverse reactions to product. It is the customer's responsibility to test for skin sensitivities prior to use.
To Spot Test: Apply a small amount of product covering 1/2 to 1 inch of the inner forearm. After 24 hours if no reaction has occurred, proceed!
Please do not use if you notice redness, irritation or other reactions.
All US orders ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Tracking information is available in your Etsy Purchases and also emailed to you on the shipment date. Most packages are delivered within 1-4 business days.

Due to our strict hygiene standards, we do NOT accept returns of any Meadowlark products that have been used, sampled, trialed, tested or have the safety seal broken, removed, altered, compromised or missing.
Only products in their original sealed packaging may be returned. Once product is delivered successfully to Meadowlark in their original intact state, your funds will be returned or product will be exchanged.
